Here are the rules to keep in mind when posting at The Brand Corner Forum. So that everyone can feel welcome and enjoy their stay, as well as post and join our online community, these rules are necessary and must be followed by all members of the Forum.

The Brand Corner Forum is dedicated to open discussion. The focus is to be a community and for people to share their thoughts through open dialogue. The Brand Corner Forum is for Entertainment Purposes Only. We respect your privacy, and we will not release any member information unless ordered to do so by a court.

Registration to this forum is free! By browsing or joining the community, you agree by the following:
The owner, administrators, and moderators of The Brand Corner Forum will not be held liable for any objectionable messages posted on this forum, ownership and liability lie with the poster of the message in question.
All messages express the views of the author, and NOT The Brand Corner Forum and the owners of The Brand Corner Forum will not be held responsible for the content of any individual message, regardless of what the message says or implies, or any posts replying to said message.

Listed below are The Brand Corner Forum rules. The rules are here help maintain order, promote open discussion, keep users civil and obey the law. This way when people visit they don't remember it as a rotting cesspool full of morons. If you're not here to have fun, go elsewhere.
If you don't agree with them you can leave this section of the forum and/or refuse to register an account. Upon breaking a rule you might receive a warning or be banned for your first offense depending on the severity and legality of the offense.
THE BRAND CORNER RULES
Offenses Resulting in Permanent Banning
a) Threatening forum members or instigating or discussing malicious attacks on other website. If you’re not having fun, then this is not the place for you.
b) Attempting to Register more than once. Both Identities will be banned.
c) Mindless spamming, such as multiple posts with little or no text or posts with only smilies will NOT be tolerated.
d) Using racist, sexist, homophobic or hateful language.
e) Posting or linking to pornographic (including cartoon porn) or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material, including but not limited to: pornography, rape, paedophilia, extreme gore, or glorification of torture. This forum is not for sexual entertainment. If you want to discuss or observe that kind of thing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
f) Purposefully linking to viruses, referral sites, or maliciously coded websites.
g) Requesting or posting CD keys/Serial numbers is not allowed. Any threads posting links to/or asking for CD-keys for games or software will be deleted and the poster banned and reported.
h) Any threads posting links to/or asking for personal information such as, but not limited to, credit card information, residential information, or personal information of any kind will be deleted and the poster banned and reported.
i) Discussing the promotion, encouragement, instruction or details of illegal activities.
j) No bartering or selling in any forum or thread. The Brand Corner Forum is not a "for profit" forum and does not buy, sell or trade any products or services. I CANNOT, and WILL NOT accept any responsibility if you participate in any financial transaction before the post is removed and the user banned and reported.
BUYER BEWARE!
k) No topics/posts on the subjects of homemade explosive devices of any kind, including but not limited to: "how to" make, "how to" use, “how to” or “where to" buy, well or trade.
l) Posting with an alternate account whilst banned or your main account. Both accounts may be permanently banned.
m) Posting any member's personal information, public or private.
n) Impersonating Administrators, Moderators, or Forum regulars.
o) Trolling: cruising the boards looking for a fight. TROLLING is not permitted.
p) Attempting to smartass your way around these rules.
OFFENSES RESULTING IN WARNINGS OR TEMPORARY BANNING
Think before you post.
a) If you are found to be under the age of 18, posting without your parents consent; or under the age of 16, with our without your parents consent; your identity will be immediately banned until you meet the minimal requirements for adult discussion. Sorry, no exceptions.
b) Harassing other forum members by having a continuous negative or bitter attitude towards them.
c) Since this is an adult forum, the rules against the use of profanity are flexible, but users should only really apply it where appropriate. Posters who frequently use excessive levels of profanity may be cautioned to tone it down. Intentionally bypassing the forum filter is not allowed.
d) Repeatedly advertising your website.
e) Creating parody threads or posting with gimmick accounts.
f) Posting an article or a picture that you do not own the rights to is copyright infringement.
g) Bumping any old topic without a good reason and new information.
h) Attempting to smartass your way around these rules.

You understand that members like you contribute the content of these forums, that The Brand Corner Forum does not control and is not responsible for it, and that The Brand Corner Forum does not in any way guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, legality or completeness of any such content.

Rules may come and go, but this core will help to maintain the friendly atmosphere that we need for the forum to grow. In the even of a change in the rules, It will be posted as an announcement for all the board to see. Keep your eyes posted.
